Using DRIFT
DRIFT SIG, INC. operates DRIFT Signal. These terms apply to the community, profiles, Rooms and member market. Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Keep your account credentials private and contact hi@driftzine.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The service is not intended for children under 13. You must meet the minimum age and consent requirements that apply where you live. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement on your own, use requires permission from your parent or guardian.
Community standards
DRIFT has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, obscene content and illegal activity are prohibited. Do not impersonate others, expose private information, spam, threaten or harass anyone. These rules apply to posts, replies, direct messages, profiles, images, videos and listings.
Post only material you own or have permission to share. Do not list counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods, or make misleading claims about an item or its authenticity.
Member messages
Mutual Traces may chat directly. A member you trace may receive one message request before accepting or declining further contact. Confirmed order participants have a separate order conversation. Use Block or Report message for unwanted contact. Messaging supports text and DRIFT links; attachments and SMS are not supported. Do not request payment details, passwords or verification codes through messages.
Your contributions
You retain ownership of your contributions. By submitting material, you give DRIFT a nonexclusive permission to host, store, display, reproduce and technically adapt it as needed to operate the service and its sharing features. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant that permission.
Public posts and media may be shared or cached outside DRIFT. Removing a contribution from DRIFT does not remove copies already saved by others. You can delete your own Rooms and replies; see our Privacy Policy for retention and account-deletion details.
Reports and moderation
Use Safety on a post or reply to report a concern or block a member. You can manage blocks from your profile. DRIFT may hide or remove prohibited material and suspend or terminate abusive accounts. Authorized reviewers assess reports; automated media screening is not currently provided.
To ask for reconsideration of a moderation decision, contact hi@driftzine.com with the affected post or account and your explanation. Do not include passwords or authentication codes.
Copyright concerns
If you believe material infringes your rights, email hi@driftzine.com. Identify the work, provide the exact DRIFT link or material location, explain your authority to act, and include contact details so we can investigate. DRIFT may restrict repeat infringement. This contact route does not replace any formal notice requirements under applicable law.
Member market
Sellers must pass application review and comply with the seller policy and authenticity requirements. Seller approval is not a guarantee of an individual item's authenticity. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, ownership or selling authority, provenance, condition, delivery and return terms.
DRIFT provides the platform and is not the buyer or seller in a member transaction. Current offers and reservations record intent; they do not charge payments. Illustrative samples are not for sale. Members remain responsible for checking a proposed transaction and complying with applicable law.
Availability and your rights
Features may change or be unavailable from time to time. DRIFT does not guarantee that member content or third-party links are accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when these terms change and provide additional notice when appropriate. For support or questions, contact hi@driftzine.com. You may stop using DRIFT and request account deletion.
